Vibehosting is down, Where on earth is Ruslan?

vibehosting has been down for 3 days now.  Luckily, I have switched from shared hosting to a dedicated server with them, so my sites are all up and running, albeit, a bit sluggish at times, due to minor ddos influxes here and there.

The owner of vibehosting (Ruslan I believe) is unreachable. That must suck for those on vibe's shared hosting plan, which I believe to be quite a few users. 

What happenned to all their famous uptime talk you read about in all the message boards?  Something must have gone terribly wrong.  I can't even pay my bill because billing.vibehosting.com is down too.  I tried contacting Ruslan via email, MSN, ICQ.  Won't bother calling them -- the last two times I tried calling their toll-free number I got some fishing company (seems a bit fishy to me).

I'm thinking of being pro-active here and switch to a new provider before I wake up one morning and all my sites and my server vanish into oblivion with the rest of Vibehosting.

Current prospects:

1. Awknet - they offer good ddos protected hosting
2. Rippleweb : amazing deal, dual zeon 3.0 GHz with 2 360GB HD for $199/mo. but my content may be an issue
3. Liquidweb - an even better deal but due to my content it's a no go.

Just waiting for a reply from Awknet for now...
